These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer," "you," or "your") and Everything Windows ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") regarding your use of our website and window replacement services.
Everything Windows provides residential and commercial window replacement, installation, and related services. Our services include but are not limited to:

All estimates and quotes provided by Everything Windows are based on the information available at the time of assessment and are subject to the following conditions:

We accept the following forms of payment: cash, personal checks, certified checks, credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), and approved financing options.
Invoices not paid within 30 days of the due date may be subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance. We reserve the right to suspend services or pursue collection activities for delinquent accounts.
Installation dates will be scheduled upon receipt of the required deposit and after all materials have been ordered and received. We will make every effort to accommodate your preferred installation date; however, scheduling is subject to availability and weather conditions.

Standard installation hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Weekend or after-hours installations may be available upon request and may incur additional charges.
All windows installed by Everything Windows come with manufacturer warranties. Warranty terms vary by product and manufacturer. Detailed warranty information will be provided with your product documentation.
Everything Windows provides a workmanship warranty covering our installation services. This warranty covers defects in installation for a period specified in your service agreement (typically 2 to 5 years from the date of installation).

In the event of any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or our services, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, either party may pursue binding arbitration or litigation as permitted by law.
Any arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, and the decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving the parties' original intent.
